About Bo Syrotiak
Bo has worked in health care since 2003. She first taught yoga and then transitioned to occupational therapy and, ultimately, mental health. She deeply cares about disease prevention and health promotion through healthy habit-building; Bo developed a retirement transition program for first responders as part of her dissertation research, which then was implemented by SHIFT Wellness as the Retire Well program.
